Nov. 16, 2008 - NEIUUF is pleased
to participate in a community-wide
sponsorship program to host former Iowa Agriprocessors workers
awaiting the opportunity to testify against the injustices of the
now notorious meat processing plant in Postville, IA. Shown are our
Guatemalan friends Henri, Otto, and Onofre at a fellowship hour
before a Sunday service. Otto is sponsored by the NEIUUF.

facilitated a congregational planning retreat at Baker Commons on the
Luther College campus. The group thanked Sue Otte for her years of volunteer
work as the service leader and general coordinator for the fellowship.
